What do I wear now?

The weather is still so________ hot; I just don't feel like doing Autumn or Winter. Can't stand the thought of anything wool...in fact my body starts itching!

Well, dears, pull out those old neutral light weight dresses, (black or beige transitions well), add a light weight jacket of any length, throw on a necklace of any style, vintage, or materials and you're "stylin"!

We've put several great looks together using the same black, guaze, and silk dress, paired with very different styles of jewelry. You should be able to pick yourself out of the line-up.

Have fun!

Just the Right Amount of Wrong ---

Do you ever feel like coloring outside the lines or breaking the rules just because........ (it feels so good)

How about dressing with "Just the right amount of wrong"?

It's so much fun to mix some new and unexpected patterns or styles.

How about adding an unusual color which immediately pops your whole look up a notch?

The acrylics we're using in our new pieces can be used in a mix + match way. Hopefully you'll find the pictures helpful in creating something new with maybe, just a bit of "wrong".

I'm sure some of you really need to peruse your wardrobe for a fresh look. How long has it been since you've bought a statement necklace? Sometimes that's just the ticket for a seasoned, but beloved ensemble. It doesn't cost as much either!
Onyx, glass and silver, two strand necklace
Wood branches with pearls and beads
Agate slices with pearls and amethyst
Raw Amethyst with acrylic and jet on heavy leather cord
Agate "tooth' with pearls, Tibetan prayer beads, carnelian and gold.

Mix + Clash

According to Erica M. Blumenthal, (N.Y. Times Sept. 3, 2015), "The look, seen on some N.Y. runways is a quirky mix of colors, prints and textures, pulled together in a way that somehow makes perverse sense."

Push yourself a little bit farther to the edge and add our ices, acrylic and leather. Minimalists and you have a mix that works with a simple wardrobe even without the clash.

These ageless cuties don't even seem too happy, but you will be.

Breaking Free of Boundaries

Today's N.Y. Times featured an article titled, "Breaking Free of Boundaries", asking the question, "Is gender flux a trend with legs or just a passing fancy?"

My first thought when I read something like this is, "Now what am I going to do?" This new trend is definitely not me, but what kind of a nod can I give it without jumping in with both feet and spending a lot of money?

Ah- The answer comes like manna from heaven... Our really minimal, large round, Asian-inspired, acrylic pieces are about as simple as you can get. Just pull out the jeans, T-shirt and blazer or a bomber jacket,... then dig through the junk and retrieve your old peace sign medallion and you're all set! (or you could buy one our similar pieces.)

Minimalism reigns for Fall

I'm really excited about our new designs for Fall.  They're fresh, new, very minimal, and textured with 38% recyclable resin.  Although closely related, each shape is completely distinctive, designed by us.  You'll find abstract visions of wood, twigs, and  woven fibers.  Let you imagination run wild!
